I work with children, teens, and parents who want more connection, less chaos, and support that actually fits their lives. My approach is collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in respect for the way each brain, body, and family works.

Here’s what I offer:

Services

Talk and Family Therapy

For teens and adults (including parent/caregiver sessions)

I offer individual therapy for older teens and adults looking to feel more grounded, connected, and understood. My work is especially focused on women and neurodivergent folks navigating burnout, overwhelm, masking, or identity questions.

Family sessions are also available to improve communication, reduce conflict, and help everyone feel heard. I welcome non-traditional family structures and affirm LGBTQ+ youth and parents.

Parent Coaching

For parents raising neurodivergent kids

You don’t have to do this alone. I provide practical, compassionate support for parents of kids with ADHD, autism, sensory differences, or other big needs. We’ll work together to build routines, reduce power struggles, and respond to behavior in a way that honors your child’s nervous system and your limits as a caregiver.

Coaching is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and focused on what works for your real life—not what looks good on paper.

Play Therapy

For children ages 3–12

Play is how kids process their world—and it’s how I meet them on their terms. In play therapy, children use toys, stories, art, and movement to work through big feelings, build self-awareness, and practice new ways of coping. I use evidence-based models tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs, with regular check-ins and collaboration with parents along the way.

Common reasons families seek play therapy:

  • ADHD or executive functioning challenges

  • Emotional outbursts or anxiety

  • Sensory sensitivities or shutdowns

  • Struggles with transitions, relationships, or self-esteem

ADHD Training

Helping communities understand, support, and connect with neurodivergent minds

I offer trainings and workshops for parents, teachers, therapists, churches, and community groups who want to better support ADHD and neurodivergent individuals—especially children.

My trainings are practical, strengths-based, and grounded in lived experience, clinical expertise, and current research. Whether you’re supporting one child or building a more inclusive classroom, I’ll meet your group where you are.

Popular Topics Include:

  • Understanding ADHD through a nervous system lens

  • How ADHD shows up in girls and women

  • From “misbehavior” to dysregulation: Rethinking support

  • Supporting neurodivergent kids at home, school, or church

  • Low-demand parenting and collaborative approaches

  • Masking, burnout, and identity in neurodivergent teens

Workshops can be customized to your audience and setting—whether you’re looking for a short parent class or a full training for professionals.
